Lifetime Warranty

At DreamTraveller, we stand behind the quality of our luggage. Our limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the functional use of your luggage.

What is Covered

This warranty protects the original purchaser against functional defects, including:

  • Wheels that break or no longer function properly

  • Zippers that fail to operate correctly

  • Extension handles that break or cannot extend/retract

  • Top and side carrying handles that tear or break

  • Removable accessories

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Outside/Inside damages such as but not limited to: fabric abrasions, cuts, scratches, dents or stains that do not impair the functional performance of the product.

  • Damage from misuse, mishandling, accidents, or common carriers (airlines, trains, cruise ships)

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Products purchased at deep discounts, gifts, or without proof of purchase

Warranty Claim Process

  1. To submit a claim, please contact customer service at email: support@dreamtraveller.com with:

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

    • Photos or videos showing the defect

    • Your name, address, email, and phone number

  2. Approval & Instructions
    Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning your luggage.

  3. Return & Replacement

    • Do not ship your item before approval.

    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send a replacement at our expense within 7 days.

    • If the claim is not accepted, the item will be returned at your cost.

For Repairs:

For minor repairs, DreamTraveller will ship the necessary replacement parts to you free of charge. Our team will provide step-by-step guidance so you can complete the repair yourself, or you may take the parts to a local luggage repair shop for assistance.

For Returns & Exchanges:

If a return or exchange is requested due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, color not liked, not as expected etc), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For orders within the United States, a flat return shipping fee of $25 applies. For all other countries and regions, the actual return shipping cost will be charged based on the carrier rate at the time of return.

In the Event of a Warranty Claim

If any part of your luggage is found to be defective, DreamTraveller will provide a replacement part along with instructions for installation. Shipping and processing times may vary depending on part availability.

If the defective component cannot be repaired or replaced, we will ship a replacement luggage of equal or greater retail value. Please note that exact replacements for limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items cannot be guaranteed.

All replacement decisions are made at DreamTraveller’s discretion. We reserve the right to decline a warranty claim if it does not meet the terms of our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
