Shipping Policy

Shipping Items

United States Orders:
The following items are currently shipping from our overseas warehouse in China, delivery time 4-7 business days. 

All other products are in stock at our California warehouse and ship via FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground. US standard delivery (1-5 business days). Expedited shipping is not currently available. 

Orders containing both in-stock and overseas items may be split into separate shipments to ensure faster delivery of available products. 

International Orders:
For orders shipping outside the United States, items will be dispatched from our warehouse in Hangzhou, China via FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Connect Plus, or FedEx International Economy. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days globally, excluding remote areas and islands.

Delivery times may be affected by regional events or unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to complete checkout for your shipping address, please contact support@dreamtraveller.com for assistance.

Please make sure to provide your full shipping address in English to ensure smooth processing and delivery. APO/FPO, PO Box addresses cannot be accepted.

Shipping Carriers

FedEx, USPS, DHL, SF Express, and other carriers are our shipping partners. while our shipping time frames are fairly accurate, the shipping times are estimates and are subject to unforeseen delays.

How does delivery work?

We offer same-day dispatch on business days for orders placed before 3PM EST. Order cut-off: 3PM EST, orders before cut-off process same day, orders after cut-off process next business day. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. 

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note, our shipping partners may take up to 24-48 hours to update their system.

Shipping Fees

United States (mainland) & Canada: Free shipping on orders over $100; $10 shipping fee for orders below $100. 

We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, with an additional $50 shipping surcharge. Delivery typically takes 2–4 extra business days compared to mainland shipping.

Europe, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, South East Asia, Africa: Free shipping on orders over $100.

For island regions, please contact us for confirmation before placing your order.

Warehouse Address

    Orders for the U.S. is processed and shipped from our U.S. distribution center in California. For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support to receive the return label and instructions.

    Orders for other countries are shipped from our distribution centers in Hong Kong, China or other regional warehouses.

    Tracking Updates

    Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking updates: 1-2 business days (US warehouse) after label creation. For urgent cases, contact support@dreamtraveller.com.

    FAQs

    • Multiple Items: Items may ship separately depending on stock, but each will have its own tracking.

    • Address Changes: Address cannot be changed once shipped. Please update within 24 hours of ordering.

    • Wrong Product: Contact support within 1–2 business days for resolution.

    • Delays: Some delays may occur due to force majeure. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

    • Order Cancellations: Free cancellation within 24 hours if not shipped. Once shipped, customers bear return shipping costs.

    • Customs & Taxes: No extra charges. Your order arrives with all fees covered. 

    We work to minimize any chances of unexpected fees and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

    Please contact your local delivery service first if your package tracking status shows delivered, but you don't receive the package.
