Returns & Exchanges

At DreamTraveller, we want you to shop with confidence. If your luggage isn't right for you, we make returns and exchanges simple and transparent.

100-Day Return Period

  • You have 100 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Requests for damaged, defective, or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Gift cards, deeply discounted items, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization
    Contact us at support@dreamtraveller.com with your order number, reason for return, and the following photos:
    *Product and label photos
    *Shipping label and outer packaging photos
    *3–5 clear photos of the damaged areas (required for damaged item claims)

  2. Approval & Instructions
    Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship Your Return

    • If the return is due to a DreamTraveller error (Quality issues / Incorrect item shipped), we'll cover return shipping.

    • If the return is due to customer preference (size not right / color not liked / wrong purchase / changed my mind / not as expected etc), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
      For returns due to personal reasons, a $25 return shipping fee per package will be charged for U.S. returns.
      For returns from other countries and regions, the fee will be based on actual return shipping costs incurred.
      This fee will be deducted from your total refund once the return is received and processed at our distribution center.

    • Please use the return shipping label we provide; we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 1–3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1– 4 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to reflect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product at no extra cost.

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

Notes

  • Unauthorized returns or returns that fail inspection (used, damaged, missing packaging) may be declined.

  • No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
