All DreamTraveller suitcases with a combination lock are preset to 0-0-0. Follow the instructions below depending on your lock type:

Pushing Lever Style Lock

1. Set the dials to the factory default 0-0-0 and open the lock.
   
2. Push the lever with a pen or similar tool until you hear a click to enter setting mode.
   
3. Rotate the dials to set your desired combination.
   
4. Return the lever to its original position. Your new code is now set.
   

Standard Combination Lock (with reset button on the back)

1. Set the dials to 0-0-0 and open the lock.
   
2. Press the reset button on the back with a pen until you hear a click (setting mode).
   
3. Rotate the dials to set your desired code.
   
4. Push the reset button back to its original position. Your new code is now set.
   

Fingerprint Combination Lock (Video set guide)

1. Press the SET button briefly. While the blue light flashes, place a finger on sensor within 10 seconds.
   
   a.First-time registration: Any finger can be used for initial setup.
   
   b.Additional registrations: Verification with an already-registered fingerprint is required first.
   
   c. After successful verification, the blue light stays on steadily.
   
   Continue
   placing the same finger on the sensor. With each successful scan,
   the blue light turns off and back on steadily. Repeat until all 6 scans
   are successful—the blue light will flash 5 times and turn off to confirm
   completion

2. Registration Failure : If verification or any scan fails during step 1, the red light will turn on for 0.3 seconds. Press SET button again to restart registration.

3. Maximum of 20 fingerprints can be stored. After reaching the limit, pressing SET will make the red light flash 3 times and turn off.

We recommend trying all possible combinations from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9. If this doesn’t work, please contact our support team for guidance.

Use a damp cloth with mild soap to clean the polycarbonate shell and lining. For stubborn scuff marks on the shel, use an eco-friendly eraser sponge. When not in use, store your suitcase in the protective cover provided.

As you travel and explore, your luggage will inevitably take some wear and tear. We think that the character of your luggage grows with time and use, but we also recommend regular care for your items so they remain your trusted companions for a lifetime of travel.

Our suitcase shells are constructed with a virtually unbreakable aerospace-grade polycarbonate and thickened aluminum-magnesium alloy. Like all types of polycarbonate, DreamTraveller luggage isn’t immune to scuffs and scratches, especially in transit – airports and airlines are hard on suitcases!

When your luggage isn’t in use, we recommend keeping in the linen dust bag provided to prevent your suitcase from accumulating dirt and dust.

When your suitcase is in use, you can give it an extra layer of protection with our luggage cover.

We recommend our packing cubes to help you pack efficiently and prevent an overstuffed suitcase.

The antimicrobial garment and shoe bags included with your luggage can be laundered regularly.

You can disinfect your luggage by wiping down the handles, wheels, and shell with disinfectant wipes.

We currently ship to the United States, Canand and Europe, Middle East, New Zealand and Australia, South East Asia, Africa. If the shipping address you entered cannot be processed at checkout, please contact us by email for assistance.

Shipping within the U.S. mainland and Canada is free on orders over $100, and $10 for orders under $100.

Alaska and Hawaii require an additional $50 shipping surcharge.

International regions such as Europe, the Middle East, New Zealand, Australia, and Southeast Asia also receive free shipping on orders over $100.

US standard shipping: 7–12 business days (for order shiped from overseas warehouse), 3-7 business days (for order shiped from US warehouse) ; Alaska and Hawaii shipping 9-16 business days.

While we believe you’ll love your Dreamtraveller luggage from day one, we also understand that sometimes you just need to see and feel it for yourself. That’s why we offer a 100-day trial, so you can take your time deciding if it’s the right travel companion for you.

We recommend packing it with items similar to what you’d bring on a trip and rolling it around indoors to get a feel for the size, weight, and maneuverability. If it’s not quite the right fit – maybe the size feels off, or the colour isn’t quite you – no problem. Simply initiate your return within 100 days of receiving it.

To help us process your return smoothly, we do require clear photos of the luggage to confirm it’s in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Please note that the trial will be voided if the suitcase shows signs of use in transit or is returned in unsaleable condition.

The return shipping fee of $25 will be deducted from your total refund, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to our US warehouse.

Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. To help us assess the condition, photos will be required before a return label can be issued.

If you process an exchange, the price of the new item will be the current price we are offering. Discounts may differ based on the promotion available during the time of exchange.

All DreamTraveller luggage purchased directly from us is backed by our limited lifetime warranty—coverage that lasts for as long as you own it. If any part of your suitcase breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or cosmetic damage are not covered.
