We use aerospace-grade polycarbonate and thickened aviation-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy shells, making them lightweight yet virtually unbreakable. Every suitcase undergoes multiple quality and impact tests before leaving our factory.
Our 360° smooth-rolling wheels feature high-resilience TPE tires and shock-absorbing springs, which are eco-friendly and compostable. High-end aluminum carry-on use patented Japanese Hinomoto spring-absorbing wheels for quieter, smoother rolling and added sleekness.
Unlike most brands that use cheap, toxic PVC, all DreamTraveller components—from zippers to telescopic handles—meet international high-performance standards. We also partner with responsible manufacturers committed to safe working conditions and sustainable practices.
We believe travel products should be built to last. By prioritizing premium materials and timeless design, we reduce waste and encourage more sustainable travel. Our packaging uses recyclable materials, and we continuously look for ways to lower our environmental footprint through responsible sourcing and shipping.
The interior fabrics of DreamTraveller luggage feature special antimicrobial treatments that have been tested by international labs to achieve up to 99% bacteria reduction. Our materials have been optimized through multiple formula adjustments and are effective against common bacteria like E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, meeting SGS, CMA, and CNAS international testing standards.
Yes. All DreamTraveller products are 100% vegan. Details that look like leather are made from high-quality microfiber vegan leather.
Yes, all DreamTraveller suitcases and accessories are free from intentionally added PFAS(per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), ensuring they meet strict health and safety standards.

All DreamTraveller suitcases with a combination lock are preset to 0-0-0. Follow the instructions below depending on your lock type:
Pushing Lever Style Lock
- Set the dials to the factory default 0-0-0 and open the lock.
- Push the lever with a pen or similar tool until you hear a click to enter setting mode.
- Rotate the dials to set your desired combination.
- Return the lever to its original position. Your new code is now set.
Standard Combination Lock (with reset button on the back)
- Set the dials to 0-0-0 and open the lock.
- Press the reset button on the back with a pen until you hear a click (setting mode).
- Rotate the dials to set your desired code.
- Push the reset button back to its original position. Your new code is now set.
Fingerprint Combination Lock
- Press and hold the reset/set button with a pen for 3 seconds until the blue light flashes.
- Within 10 seconds, press your finger on the sensor 6 times to register your fingerprint.
- If verification fails, the red light flashes twice—wait and continue registering your fingerprint.
- Once successful, the blue light flashes 5 times, indicating the fingerprint is saved.
Important: Memorize your combination or fingerprint registration, as DreamTraveller cannot reset it for you.

We recommend trying all possible combinations from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9. If this doesn’t work, please contact our support team for guidance.
Use a damp cloth with mild soap to clean the polycarbonate shell and lining. For stubborn scuff marks on the shel, use an eco-friendly eraser sponge. When not in use, store your suitcase in the protective cover provided.
As you travel and explore, your luggage will inevitably take some wear and tear. We think that the character of your luggage grows with time and use, but we also recommend regular care for your items so they remain your trusted companions for a lifetime of travel.
Our suitcase shells are constructed with a virtually unbreakable aerospace-grade polycarbonate. Like all types of polycarbonate, DreamTraveller luggage isn’t immune to scuffs and scratches, especially in transit – airports and airlines are hard on suitcases!
When your luggage isn’t in use, we recommend keeping in the linen dust bag provided to prevent your suitcase from accumulating dirt and dust.
When your suitcase is in use, you can give it an extra layer of protection with our luggage cover.
We recommend our packing cubes to help you pack efficiently and prevent an overstuffed suitcase.
The antimicrobial garment and shoe bags included with your luggage can be laundered regularly.
You can disinfect your luggage by wiping down the handles, wheels, and shell with disinfectant wipes.

We currently ship to the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Expedited options are available at checkout.

If you live in the United States, you will not be charged import duties. You may be charged state or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. These will be calculated at checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O addresses at this time. If you don’t have a residential address, please reach out to our team at support@dreamtraveller.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you!
We will email you at every step of the process, from purchase to post-delivery. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, a notification when your order is being prepared for shipping, a notification with tracking information when your order ships, and a check-in email after your purchase has been delivered to ensure you are happy with your Dreamtraveller pieces. Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and any cancellation request may incur shipping or return fees.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 100-day return period from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

We’ve quality-tested our luggage extensively, and we’re confident it can handle just about anything your travels throw its way (and if not, that’s what our warranty is for). While we believe you’ll love your Dreamtraveller luggage from day one, we also understand that sometimes you just need to see and feel it for yourself. That’s why we offer a 100-day trial, so you can take your time deciding if it’s the right travel companion for you.
We recommend packing it with items similar to what you’d bring on a trip and rolling it around indoors to get a feel for the size, weight, and maneuverability. If it’s not quite the right fit – maybe the size feels off, or the colour isn’t quite you – no problem. Simply initiate your return within 100 days of receiving it.
To help us process your return smoothly, we do require clear photos of the luggage to confirm it’s in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Please note that the trial will be voided if the suitcase shows signs of use in transit or is returned in unsaleable condition.
The return shipping fee of $25 will be deducted from your total refund, processed when your return arrives at our distribution center.
If you’d like to exchange an item, please start a return for your original order and place a new order for the item you want instead. This ensures the fastest processing and availability of your preferred product.
You have 100 days from delivery to request a exchange. For assistance at any step, reach out to us at support@dreamtraveller.com and our team will be happy to help.
Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. To help us assess the condition, photos will be required before a return label can be issued.
If you process an exchange, the price of the new item will be the current price we are offering. Discounts may differ based on the promotion available during the time of exchange.
Warranty
All DreamTraveller luggage purchased directly from us is backed by our limited lifetime warranty—coverage that lasts for as long as you own it. If any part of your suitcase breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or cosmetic damage are not covered.
What is covered:
- Wheels that break or no longer function properly
- Zippers that fail to operate correctly
- Extension handles that break or cannot extend/retract
- Top and side carrying handles that tear or break
- Removable accessories
What is NOT covered: - Outside/Inside damages such as but not limited to: fabric abrasions, cuts, scratches, dents or stains that do not impair the functional performance of the product.
- Damage from misuse, mishandling, accidents, or common carriers (airlines, trains, cruise ships)
- Lost or stolen items
- Products purchased at deep discounts, gifts, or without proof of purchase

Please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. If the part can be repaired, we’ll send you a replacement part and instructions. If not, we’ll provide a replacement suitcase of equal or greater value.
