The wheels are very smooth, super easy to navigate on all surfaces. The capacity was great! I actually had extra room in the case. We both were impressed with the large capacity, interior storage options, and smooth rolling wheels, but the drink holder was almost completely missing on my suitcase after the first flight, which is not surprising. Why is there a drink holder on a check-in suitcase? The clear plastic covers also seem like a good idea to keep the suitcases from getting scuffed up, but they don’t seem to last very long - my wife’s plastic cover was torn off completely on our second flight."

"Hello All. I seldom write product reviews but thought was important. I bought the trunk primarily due to its open top design. Upon receiving the trunk, I thought the cover seemed flimsy and the closure seemed weak and would not survive a long trip I was about to depart on. I have just retuned from the trip and realize it was a great choice but with a major design flaw… it cannot be lifted like a trunk when on its side (with the top open). The top handle serves as the handle on the right but there is no handle on the left (wheel side) to lift it onto the luggage rack, move it easily around the room once the top is open or old it into the back of a car!"
