"I bought the 24” check in less than a month ago. I actually really like the luggage. BUT I do have an issue with the warranty. In a trip I took the beverage holder on the back broke. Having just purchased I reached out and they said no problem we will send you the part to fix that. And promptly charged me $40 to ship it.. I am pretty sure that covered the part, shipping and a little extra. Unfortunately this has turned my whole experience with this company."
