"I just received my Dream Traveller carry-on and haven't used it yet but I thought I should write a review simply because I had a great experience from ordering to shipping to contacting customer support. There was a promotion where the order would come with free detachable color kit, but I forgot or maybe didn’t put in the note in the right place on which color I wanted hence I didn’t get it with the original shipment. I contacted the customer support via email and get an immediate response and the free kit was shipped on the next business day which I really appreciate. The carry-on itself seems very high-end and I think it was built to last, I can’t wait to start using it on my next trip."

"I used a Rimowa carry-on for almost ten years for my frequent business trips, but the handle and such started having issues and repairs were quite a hassle. After looking online for a while, I found this Dream Traveler. It's much cheaper than my old Rimowa, and when it arrived, it looked just as good, with solid quality. Most importantly, the customer service was great. I wanted to change the orange handle and wheels to black, thinking it would be a complicated process, but the customer service handled it for me directly."
