I also want to note that not all the damage is the luggage’s fault—airport handlers likely contributed as well. I used this luggage for my recent trip to Thailand this month, flying through four different airports on the way. By the time I reached my final destination, one of the feet had broken off and there was a large dent in the suitcase. I understand the dent is unavoidable, but the broken foot—which isn’t replaceable—is frustrating. Additionally, the interior built-in zipper panel is starting to come loose. It isn’t ripped, but it looks like it could be pushed back into place with some adjustment. All in all, my belongings made it safely, and I feel I pushed the bag to its limits and was still pleasantly surprised by its performance. I don’t regret my purchase, but for the price it was a little hard to accept that some parts of the bag have fallen short."
